Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Handmade items: These are prepared and shipped personally by us within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Times & Costs We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (most common): 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (2–5 business days).

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Most POD and dropshipped packages are trackable through the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Handmade items will also include tracking when available.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand (especially during holidays).
  • Some items are produced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. These items may arrive in separate packages from handmade items.
  • Handmade items are shipped by us from rural Arizona, it may take some time.
  • International orders may incur additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping times are typically 10–30 days.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Changes or Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before the order enters the production/shipping process.
